Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Program Quality Lead to implement and manage a Quality Assurance System across proposal and program lifecycles. You will tailor quality planning for internal and customer requirements and lead a team of Mission Assurance Engineers in a matrixed organization.

Requirements include a university degree with 5+ years of experience in quality leadership, ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Ability to coach and mentor others in routine and difficult situations.
• Collaborate with program teams to resolve complex problems.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Assurance team and engage in risk management.
• Ensure quality requirements are integrated across development and production.
• Mentor team members and manage staffing.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and lean methods.
• Manage program performance with predictive metrics.
