Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality management, electrical metrology, and calibration.
• 5+ years leading staff in a quality, technical, laboratory, operations, or related environment.
• Proven experience leading internal audit programs, management reviews, corrective action systems, and external accreditation or certification audits.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994, ANSI/NCSLI Z540.3-2006, measurement uncertainty, measurement decision risk, root cause analysis, and risk-based quality management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to independently identify trends, emerging risks, systemic issues, anomalies, and improvement opportunities; challenge assumptions; investigate issues; and convert findings into objective, data-driven recommendations.

The Quality Manager leads the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and Metrology Program, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards. This role is responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 certification and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, leading audits, driving continuous improvement, and providing independent analysis of quality and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring a strong analytical mindset. The successful candidate must independently identify risks, investigate issues, challenge assumptions, and provide data‑driven recommendations that support sound business decisions. What You’ll Do
