Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a quality and/or process engineer in manufacturing.
• 2+ years experience leading a team of professionals.
• Heavy manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer complaints and develop engineering designs.
• Train supervisors and operators on procedural changes.
• Maintain the QA manual and procedures for ISO compliance.
• Oversee daily task assignments of direct reports.
