Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to own the quality systems and compliance backbone for its manufacturing and co-manufacturer network. The role focuses on building robust specifications from blend controls to testing and packaging, ensuring quality keeps pace with growth.

You’ll drive KPI oversight, regulatory liaison, crisis management, and changes to formulations/labels, delivering data-driven decisions in a fast-paced wellness company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality/Food Safety within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 117, FSMA, and regulatory frameworks for dietary supplements/food.
• Proven experience managing quality across a multi-site co-manufacturer network.
• Hands-on experience with eQMS platforms and document control.
• Strong analytical, data-led approach to quality decision-making.
• Experience leading crisis/incident management and recall programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality systems, data, and compliance backbone for Ryze's manufacturing and co-manufacturer network.
• Build a finished-good specification framework covering blend controls, ingredients, quality checks, sensory panels, packaging, and testing.
• Cross-check KPI and support site visits to drive standards across the network.
• Own monthly quality performance reporting and be the data lead for decisions.
• Manage regulatory relationships with authorities, retailers, and raw material teams.
