Job summary

Ryze Superfoods LLC seeks a Quality Data & Finished Goods Specification Manager to own the data backbone behind quality decisions and rebuild our finished good specification system. You will transform complaint and audit data into actionable insights and translate them into robust specifications across our co-manufacturer network.

You will lead data trending, drive corrective actions, and partner with Quality Managers to ensure repeatability and accuracy while scaling our DTC and mass retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality data analytics within food/beverage manufacturing.
• Experience turning complaint, NCR, and audit data into actionable insight (CPMU, allergen trending).
• Experience developing or owning finished good specifications (process parameters, testing, label controls).
• Familiarity with eQMS platforms and reporting/dashboard tools for quality data.
• Comfortable driving corrective action cross-functionally with Quality Managers across a co-manufacturer network.

Responsibilities

• Own all quality data analytics and processing to drive decision-making.
• Lead design of data trending (foreign body drivers, allergens, serious complaints).
• Track non-conformances and escalation timelines; drive actions.
• Produce data behind weekly and monthly quality reporting; lead complaints meetings.
• Support quality system improvements and simplify tools; keep it effective.
• Develop and standardize finished good specification formats across co-manufacturer network.
