Job summary

• CMQ/OE certification is required; five years of QMS contract experience.

• Must report to a senior corporate official, not the Project Manager.
• Background check and government screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the QMS and QC Plan.
• Perform inspections, audits, and verification of contract performance.
• Ensure NAVFAC compliance, CDRLs, and reporting requirements.
• Manage deficiency tracking, corrective actions, and trend analysis.
• Lead CAPA teams and interface with government quality representatives.
