Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola seeks a Sr. Quality Manager to lead the Manufacturing Quality discipline at the plant level, ensuring products meet KO KORE standards and achieve top consumer quality.

You will guide lab teams, develop compliant processes, and maintain strong relationships with bottlers and regulators. The role requires 4+ years in quality management within food manufacturing, with a deep understanding of soft drink production science and ISO/KORE standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Quality Management in a food manufacturing industry – soft drink preferred
• Strong understanding of the science of soft drink production at the base molecular level
• Strong knowledge of industry quality standards for manufacturing of food grade products
• KO KORE and ISO quality standards in a soft drink environment
• Experience interacting with local/state government agencies on water quality and discharge standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Quality discipline at plant level to ensure adherence to KO KORE standards
• Hire, train, and mentor Quality Lab Technicians and Lab/Sanitation Supervisors
• Develop and maintain documentation, processes and procedures to comply with KO KORE and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other Coca-Cola bottlers to share best practices and stay ahead of trends
• Establish relationships with local/state agencies regarding water quality and discharge standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
