Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Manufacturing Processing Manager to oversee 24-hour operations focused on safety, quality, and efficiency across syrup, water treatment, and sanitation. You will coordinate with lab and line leadership, develop plans, and drive continuous improvement using IWS tools across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and responsible management of costs and outages while maintaining a quality culture and customer focus.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or similar preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing or quality environments required.
• Knowledge of production processes, syrup batching and sanitation preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems, KORE and ISO preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• 24-hour shift accountability for safety, quality, cost and morale and capability of the Processing areas organization.
• Leads the Quality Daily Direction Settings (DDS) meeting with Syrup, Sanitation and Maintenance Specialists.
• Organizes work across all operating areas and ensures business objectives are met.
• Communicates with line and department managers to ensure smooth operations across shifts.
• Builds capabilities in frontline employees and direct leaders in IWS tools/systems.
• Provides development and coaching to Direct Reports to maintain a performance-driven culture.
• Ensures safety protocols are followed and employees work in a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
