Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years leading quality in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASTM/UL/ICEA) for building wire.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of quality technicians on the floor.
• Ensure products meet Prysmian and customer specs.
• Develop and maintain quality systems and audits.
• Review inspection plans, sampling methods, and training plans.
• Drive KPIs, CAPA, and cross-functional problem solving.
