Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Millersburg is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a talented team of Quality Specialists and oversee a dynamic quality function. The role focuses on managing the QMS, driving audits, inspections and risk assessments in a fast-changing environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in regulated manufacturing, 5+ years in quality with 2+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ yrs experience in Quality with minimum 2 yrs in leadership role.
• Experience in highly regulated, low margin of error manufacturing industries (such as aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, medical device or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, ISO and similar quality, continuous improvement and tools and standards

Responsibilities

• Quality Manager will manage a strong team of Quality Specialists and oversee quality assurance in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Manage the QMS, lead QA activities such as audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement, develop and guide quality personnel.
• Take ownership of regulatory and compliance quality related matters and similar.
