Job summary

INDEVCO North America, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to provide technical and quality leadership across the production process. The role oversees the Quality System, analyzes production data, and ensures compliance with ISO and SQF requirements, while participating in daily and monthly audits of equipment and personnel.

The position emphasizes collaboration with other divisions, process improvements, and maintaining safe, efficient manufacturing operations aligned with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Five+ years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing including leading quality systems and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ISO quality management systems and internal auditing required; SQF experience preferred.
• Professional quality certification such as ASQ is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and quality leadership across production processes and the Quality System.
• Oversee audits of equipment, processes, and personnel; ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration and by coordinating with sales on new projects.
• Maintain ISO/QMS and SQF certifications; develop and implement quality metrics and corrective actions.
• Lead quality training, internal auditing, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
