Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager for the Anderson, SC site. Lead the Quality function across product quality, lab activities, customer complaints, audits, and production support.

The role requires 5+ years in Quality Systems within manufacturing, with strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO/FSSC audits. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D to embed compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Quality Systems in manufacturing.
• Experience leading ISO 9001 and Food Safety audits (FSSC 22000, SQF) and internal audits.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety regulations, GMPs, OSHA (Machine Guarding, Lockout/Tag-Out).
• Proficiency in quality reporting systems and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Quality function at the Anderson site, including product quality, laboratory activities, customer complaints, audits, and production support.
• Governance and continuous improvement of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).
• Represent site during external certification audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
