Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC at its Brookfield and Youngstown plants, ensuring QMS alignment with company goals and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise QA/QC staff, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the audit representative with customers and suppliers. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field with at least five years in QA/QC leadership, ISO 9001 expertise, and strong data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a QA/QC leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and related standards; certification preferred or demonstrated.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP and quality management software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC functions at Brookfield and Youngstown plants.
• Develop and maintain the Plant Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Train and develop staff to achieve quality goals.
• Conduct internal audits and management reviews; drive CAPA processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve non-conformances with suppliers and fields.
