Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality function across Brookfield and Youngstown locations. You will own QA/QC performance, ensure QMS compliance, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating audits with customers and suppliers.

You will train teams, manage corrective actions, and report KPIs to leadership. A strong background in ISO 9001, ERP/QMS software, and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related field.
• Minimum five years in a QA/QC leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and certification processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and customer specs.
• Experience with ERP and QA/QC software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC at Brookfield and Youngstown plants.
• Oversee QMS implementation and continuous improvement.
• Direct internal audits and management reviews.
• Drive corrective actions and data-driven improvements.
• Represent the company in audits and customer meetings.
• Support supplier audits and supplier evaluations.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and quality tools.
• Monitor KPIs and report quality metrics to leadership.
