Qualifications

• Internal audit qualifications to IATF 16949 and ISO9001:2015 auditing.
• Metrology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service.
• Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• Manage QMS per IATF 16949, ISO9000:2015 & 17025 requirements.
• Supervise inspection and testing activities for productivity and integrity.
• Develop and analyze data to determine standards and reliability.
