Qualifications

• BS in Engineering discipline, Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• QMS/RMS experience preferred.
• Understands quality process and how to integrate with project planning and construction.
• Able to develop project-specific written quality plans and metrics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in developing and executing project-specific QMPs.
• Support project teams in complying with contract documents.
• Review contract and project documents for constructability and accuracy.
• Extract critical quality elements from documents to support QMP development.
• Coordinate inspection planning and lead inspection walks and meetings.
• Lead quality-related meetings and manage conformances/non-conformances.
