You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management and Executives to reduce cost of quality, improve product quality, and support growth.

Qualificações

• Requires AS9100 expertise and leadership of quality management systems.

Senior Quality Manager

The Senior Quality Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements while driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Senior Quality Manager partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to improve product quality, reduce cost of poor quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Job Summary

Required Experience and Education

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’sdegree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in quality management with supervisoryexperience, including military, where applicable, and commercial customers

Licenses, Certifications, etc.

• ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE)
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
