Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in Horsham, PA, is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our new, state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will establish robust quality processes, drive performance, and ensure products meet customer and engineering requirements.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to implement AS9100/ISO 9001 standards, lead audits, CAPA, FAI, SPC, and continuous improvement, while coaching the quality team and working hands‑on on the floor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior quality management experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading quality activities in a close‑tolerance manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC Machining, GD&T, CMM, and dimensional inspection.
• Demonstrated experience with root‑cause analysis, corrective action, and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Experience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day quality function and ensure products and processes meet customer and engineering requirements.
• Own and maintain the AS9100 QMS across the site.
• Lead Management Review and own site‑level Quality objectives and KPIs.
• Drive key metrics such as COPQ, scrap, rework, CAPA, and corrective actions.
• Provide strong, visible Quality leadership on the production floor.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality documentation and inspection plans.
