BlueScope Coated Products in the United States seeks a seasoned Quality Control Manager to lead the Quality Dept., driving customer satisfaction and process improvement. You will implement and audit the corporate Quality Management System, drive root cause analysis, develop training, and maintain supplier and internal quality records.

Candidates should bring extensive QA engineering experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record of continuous improvement aligned with ISO

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering required.
• 10+ years as Quality Engineer in a manufacturing industry.
• 5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing industry.

Mansioni

• Lead the Quality Dept. to support plant goals and objectives set by senior leadership.
• Collect, analyze and interpret manufacturing data to drive improvements across processes.
• Audit manufacturing areas for adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; track corrective actions.
• Facilitate improvement initiatives and drive cross-functional engagement across departments.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support and maintain process-focused training related to the Quality Management System.
• Track customer communications, concerns, and corrective actions.
• Review and maintain quality records as required by procedures and standards.
• Perform regular safety audits and other duties as assigned.
