Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or analytical chemistry.
• Minimum of 5 years in quality management within chemical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with analytical methods (HPLC, FTIR, XRF, DSC, Karl Fischer).
• Leadership experience managing quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System and keep SOPs, instructions, forms, and policies current.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and audit readiness across the organization.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Oversee QA/QC, lab testing, KPI monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, technical, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Manage department budget and develop staff.
