Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QMS for a global manufacturer of industrial equipment serving oil & gas, petrochemical, power, mining, and metals sectors.

You will drive ISO 9001 compliance, supplier quality, and continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to elevate product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and company standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, inspection plans, and process controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective/preventive action methodologies.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.
• Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve product quality, process capability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage internal and external quality audits, customer audits, and certification activities.
• Lead investigations related to non-conformances, warranty claims, customer complaints, and supplier quality issues.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to track performance and drive accountability.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality programs, including supplier evaluations, audits, and corrective action management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and customer specifications relevant to industrial fan manufacturing and heavy industrial equipment.
• Mentor, train, and develop quality personnel while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with global teams and customers to support quality initiatives across multiple regions and manufacturing operations.
