Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across the organization, ensuring all products meet safety, regulatory, and customer requirements while enabling rapid production ramp. You will build and scale the quality function from early ramp through full production, drive data-driven decisions, oversee QA labs and supplier quality, and partner with Engineering to improve DFQ and DFM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments; battery, electronics, chemical, or automotive industries preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing quality systems; leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, manufacturing quality standards, and customer quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive long-term vision for scaling the quality organization, systems, and talent to support rapid production ramp.
• Develop, implement, and maintain management system and quality programs (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
• Lead, mentor, and train staff on quality standards, best practices, and CAPA processes; foster continuous improvement.
• Drive enterprise-level quality initiatives across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Apply SPC and other analytics to evaluate processes and identify improvements.
• Lead QA across incoming materials, in-process production, and final testing.
• Implement Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis; reduce defects and rework; improve yield.
• Collaborate with Engineering on DFM/DFQ initiatives; support new products transitioning to production.
• Operate in non-steady-state environments; manage variability and yield challenges.
• Oversee analytical laboratory, equipment, and chemical management; act as primary quality liaison with customers.
• Oversee supplier quality management: qualification, audits, performance monitoring; CAPA closures.
• Lead customer qualification efforts and ongoing quality for high-reliability markets; establish supplier development and QA processes.
