Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows seeks a Sr. Quality Manager to lead the quality organization and QMS across AS9100 requirements and customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this role drives cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality to build a high-performing team and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, QA, or manufacturing quality, including leading quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and AS9100 requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with customer quality, audits, corrective action, root cause analysis, and quality improvement programs.
• Ability to assess quality and operational risks and communicate them to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quality Management System and ensure AS9100 compliance and customer/regulatory requirements.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and lead Quality Management Review activities.
• Drive culture of quality and continuous improvement through cross-functional partnership.
• Develop and execute a quality improvement roadmap based on data and business priorities.
• Lead, develop, and coach quality personnel to build a high-performing team.
• Lead preparation for internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
