Job summary

A Quality Manager – Electronics Manufacturing (PCBA) role, located in the United States, seeks a strategic leader to own and optimize the QMS within a PCBA environment. You will align quality with growth, drive audits, and implement data-driven improvements across operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years in electronics manufacturing quality, ISO 9001 ownership, and strong IPC knowledge, with hands-on ERP/MRP experience (PLEX preferred).

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in manufacturing quality, electronics/EMS preferred.
• Experience leading quality teams with management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the site-wide QMS for scalability, compliance, and ops excellence.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Establish and track key quality metrics (PPM, scrap, rework, COPQ).
• Drive CAPA, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC to prevent recurrence.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for real-time quality visibility.
• Manage supplier quality through qualification, auditing, and corrective actions.
