Job summary

Supply Chain Management 360, LLC seeks an Engineering Leader with deep SMT/PCB/PCBA expertise to drive quality, defect resolution, and real-time manufacturing support in a high-mix EMS environment.

The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and requires 8–10 years in SMT/PCB manufacturing with IPC-A-610/IPC-600 knowledge. You will lead on-floor troubleshooting and coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of direct SMT/PCB/PCBA manufacturing experience.
• Direct SMT/PCB industry background required.
• Intimate knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-600 standards.
• Experience with problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
• Strong communication with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SME for PCB/PCBA quality and defect resolution on the manufacturing floor.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for discussions, audits, and action plans.
• Interface with customers regarding quality concerns and process improvements.
• Lead containment and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Provide direction to production, quality, and engineering teams.
