Job summary

A technology company is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the highest quality standards in electronics and PCBA manufacturing. This full-time position requires a degree in Quality Management or a related technical field, along with at least 5 years of QA/QC and leadership experience. Job description

Compensation: Base pay range $100,000 - $120,000 per year, with an annual bonus available.

Required experience & education

• Degree in Quality Management or related technical field (preferred, not required).
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in electronics, PCBA manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 practices and standards.
• Knowledge of IPC standards (e.g., IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑A‑600) and RoHS compliance.
• Root‑cause analysis experience.
• Inspection of precision sheet‑metal components and assemblies to detailed drawings or files.
• Knowledge of the DMT / DFR process and RMA processing.
