JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist for commercial building construction in the Houston area. The role oversees project quality programs, reviews documents, attends meetings, conducts walk-throughs, and investigates non-conformances to support JE Dunn's safety and quality culture.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or construction management and at least five years of quality-related construction experience, with strong knowledge of QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field.
• In lieu of the above, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction quality-related experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Ensures Project Specific Quality Plans are established and updated.
• Governs Project Specific Water Intrusion Plans and updates.
• Completes Project Quality Status Reports for Monthly Review.
• Performs constructability reviews and QA testing.
• Mentors less experienced teammates in quality topics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field
