Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Quality Specialist 2 to monitor and coordinate the project quality program. You will review documents, attend meetings, conduct walk-through inspections and investigate non-compliant conditions in support of the company's safety, quality plans and constructability goals.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in architecture or construction management, with 2+ years of construction experience and strong MS Office and QA tooling skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately, completely and on time.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to present findings.

Responsibilities

• Learns and participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Participates in Project Quality/Water Intrusion Plans and Quality Status Reports.
• Documents quality assurance processes and corrective actions.
• Collaborates with suppliers to maintain quality standards for materials.
• Gains knowledge of design documents to identify quality problems.
• Performs site observations to ensure compliance with specs.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards and policies.
• Attends planning and progress meetings.
• Conducts walk-throughs to ensure conformance to contract documents.
