Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a portfolio of capital projects for owners or EPCs. You will establish the program's quality management system and lead Project Quality Managers to ensure supplier qualification and conformance to audits.

You will oversee regulatory audits, drive corrective actions, and report risk and cost of quality to executive leadership, with clear judgment on when to stop work when records demand it.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• ASQ/CQA or lead-auditor certifications
• Experience as quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal)

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third‑party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
