Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across capital projects for owner or EPC programs. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier and contractor qualification standards.

The role requires executive communication, auditing expertise, and decisive governance to stop work when required, with exposure to regulated programs such as nuclear, energy, or transportation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Certifications: ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA; ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus.
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure and report quality performance to leadership.
