Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across capital projects for owners or EPCs. You will establish the quality management system, oversee staff, and set supplier and contractor qualification standards.

You will represent the client in regulatory and third‑party audits, own corrective‑action processes, and report quality performance to executive leadership. Travel to project sites and audits is required, with assignments disclosed per project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects with leadership experience.
• CMQ/OE or CQA certification; ISO 9001 lead auditor preferred.
• Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across multiple projects and review performance.
• Own supplier/contractor qualification, vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory and third-party audits; manage corrective-action closure.
