3M is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Maplewood, MN site. You will analyze data using advanced statistics, drive defect reduction through CAPA and kaizen activities, and lead qualification plans for products and processes.

Responsibilities include leading design reviews, FMEAs, and test method development, while coordinating supplier quality and cross-functional teams globally. A degree in engineering or science plus relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• 4 years of combined Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering and Quality experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 preferred.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze information using statistical techniques to drive data-driven decisions as SME.
• Lead CAPA, Kaizen, 8D, FMEA, MSA and Control Plans to reduce defects.
• Review customer product complaints and drive timely resolutions.
• Develop, execute and analyze product and process qualification plans.
• Lead design reviews, FMEAs, and test method development.
• Manage supplier quality activities for new and existing products.
