Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified before start)
• Seven (7) years or more of experience working in software or electronics quality and testing in a private, public, government or military environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience as a QA or test engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in software testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing software and electronic safety products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Track and report on testing progress, defect metrics, and overall quality status to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Coordinate work of external resources and vendors where appropriate.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance.
