Job summary

System One in Ledgewood, NJ, is seeking a Quality Manager for Filling Operations to lead quality activities in liquid, fragrance, and cosmetic filling.

You will manage 3-5 quality techs, ensure GMP compliance, conduct inspections, and drive CAPA with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on line clearances, SOP updates, and data analysis to improve product quality and reduce waste.

This direct-hire, full-time position offers a salary of $85,000-$105,000 and a 6:30 AM–3:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience leading QA teams in filling operations.
• Strong understanding of GMP and cosmetic/fragrance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities for liquid products, fragrances, and cosmetics.
• Manage 3–5 direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Conduct inspections and audits on the production floor to uphold quality.
