Actalent in Horsham, PA is seeking a Senior Quality Technician to perform in-process and final inspections, verifying specifications and quality standards. You will read GD&T drawings, document nonconformances, and support CAPA activities to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing, experience with micrometers/calipers, and strong collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. This is a fully onsite position in Horsham, PA.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T.
• Hands-on quality control in production.
• Proficient with micrometers and calipers.
• SPC knowledge for process monitoring.
• Ability to coach others in quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify specs.

• Support first article inspections and setup approvals.
• Apply SPC to monitor process stability and trends.
