The role requires advanced inspection experience with CMM, OGP, RAM systems, optical comparators, and precision tools; candidate should read engineering drawings, interpret GD&T, and drive quality improvements with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with AS9100 quality systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined components and finished products.
• Interpret drawings, GD&T, and specifications to define inspection methods.
• Set up and operate measurement systems to verify conformance.
• Inspect supplier parts and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Assist root cause investigations and support customer audits and source inspections.
• Mentor junior inspectors and document inspection data in SAP and MS Office.
