Beckwood Press in Fenton, Missouri, is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The role involves performing incoming and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and FaroArm, interpreting drawings, and documenting results to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in quality inspection, a high school diploma or GED, ERP familiarity, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the quality inspection field.
• Education level – High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming and in-process inspections of machined and fabricated components using precision measuring tools.
• Utilize FaroArm and other tools to complete measurements and document results.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and inspection criteria.
• Document inspection results and report non-conforming parts (NCR).
• Collaborate with Procurement to support supplier quality initiatives and corrective actions.
