Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a qualified Quality Inspector for heavy aircraft maintenance in Everett, WA. You will perform inspections on B737 and A330 aircraft, ensure compliance with FARs and CAMP, and deliver accurate documentation for airworthiness.

Role requires A&P licensure, 3+ years in heavy maintenance, and 1+ year in quality or inspection. Onsite work in a large MRO campus with potential overtime and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• A&P license is required and must be current.
• Minimum 3+ years of aircraft heavy maintenance experience.
• At least 1+ years of quality or quality-related experience (inspection or documentation).
• Hands-on maintenance on commercial aircraft, preferably B737 and/or A330.
• Strong knowledge of FARs, Repair Station Manual, and CAMP.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming preliminary inspections on aircraft and components.
• Verify maintenance documentation complies with FARs, Repair Station Manual, and CAMP.
• Conduct final buy-back inspections to confirm completion and compliance with data.
• Carry out in-progress inspections including torque verifications and dimensional checks.
• Handle return-to-service and airworthiness releases on serviceable tags and FAA forms.
• Audit facilities for FAR compliance and safety regulations.
• Use calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.
• Document findings clearly and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Collaborate with maintenance to correct discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement of quality programs.
