Job summary

Fralock in Poway, CA is seeking a Quality Inspector III to perform advanced inspections and act as the quality owner for product flow. This on-site role requires interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and coordinating disposition of nonconforming material to ensure on-time shipment.

The position offers full-time hours, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and PTO. DOE applies to hourly compensation and shift timing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with complex inspection and production workflow support.
• Knowledge of ISO/AS quality standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections to drawings and specs.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T; verify dimensions with CMM and gauges.
• Maintain inspection records and First Article reports.
• Coordinate disposition of nonconforming material.
• Prepare customer quality reports and data.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to inspectors.
