Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Assembly Quality Technician at our Centennial, Colorado facility. You will perform in-process and final inspections on jet propulsion components, ensuring adherence to AS9100, GD&T and customer specifications.

The role requires 2–4 years in quality, strong documentation skills, and collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a quality role.
• Experience in AS9100 manufacturing and inspection.
• Proficient with GD&T read/write/interpret.
• Experience documenting non-conformances and CoCs.
• Experience developing quality procedures and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and visual inspections using precision tools and measurement equipment.
• Carry out final inspection of engines post build/test before shipment.
• Measure components and compare against Engineering drawings and MES requirements with GD&T controls.
• Create, develop and implement inspection processes based on engine and customer specs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design Eng, and Manufacturing Eng to resolve issues.
• Assist with QA documentation, calibration records, KPI tracking, and document control.
