Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Healthcare related field required.
• 5 years of Quality improvement, performance improvement, project management or related field preferred.
• Master's degree in Healthcare related field preferred.
• RN – State of Michigan preferred.
• 2 years of participation on improvement initiatives preferred.
• Certification from IHI (IHI Open School or Improvement Coach Program) preferred.
• CPHQ certification preferred.
