Job summary

Corewell Health - Greenville Hospital seeks a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist to partner with clinical and operational leaders to analyze performance data, uncover trends, and lead quality improvement initiatives across systems and sites.

In this role you will work with communities to translate strategy into action, drive sustainable improvements, and mentor colleagues in improvement science to strengthen organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare related field or equivalent required.
• 5 years of quality improvement, performance improvement, project management or related field.
• RN – State of Michigan is required/implied.
• IHI certifications or similar improvement credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead multi-disciplinary improvement projects with clinical and operational leaders.
• Mentor teams in improvement science and share knowledge across the organization.
