Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Policy Administration, or related field; OR BA/BS + 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication in a trauma-informed context.
• Demonstrated experience/training in quality improvement.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and support staff wellness and work-life balance.
• Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing and interpreting data.
• Knowledge of coalition building, community organizing, health education & health promotion strategies.
• Strong facilitation skills for training diverse stakeholders (virtual and in-person).
• Program planning and evaluation engaging multiple stakeholders and PLWH encouraged.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, for data analysis.
• Cultural competence with diverse communities; supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of equitable evaluation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of QI plans and annual workplans for RWSD.
• Collaborate with IDB to develop epidemiologic data for local HIV trends.
• Develop and integrate QI competencies for RWSD staff.
• Supervise CQM staff.
• Develop data management protocols and oversee data systems with Data Manager.
• Oversee data reporting and dissemination for the Boston EMA and ensure data validity.
• Review program performance against benchmarks to drive improvements.
• Develop strategies to improve HIV medical care access and adherence using demographic/clinical data.
• Develop training protocols to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
• Prepare and present data reports to program funders or as requested.
• Support BPHC antiracism policy and health equity initiatives.
• Perform other duties as needed.
