Job summary

Sundt Construction seeks a seasoned Quality Field Superintendent to lead inspection and quality verification across projects. You will manage inspectors, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety protocols.

You will oversee ITPs, method statements, and test procedures while guiding a team toward quality and timely project milestones. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in construction quality control.

Qualifications

• ACI certification preferred.
• Experience supervising multi-discipline inspection teams.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM/ACI/DOT/ICC standards.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary inspection contact for client, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate handover documentation for system acceptance and client approval.
• Direct field inspection activities across disciplines (structural, civil, mechanical, electrical).
• Ensure inspections comply with safety protocols and contract requirements.
• Review inspection reports, weld logs, and material traceability records.
• Mentor inspectors and technicians to ensure accuracy and coverage.
• Lead quality audits, readiness reviews, and progress summaries.
