Responsibilities

• Promote best practices in manual and automated testing across teams.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to embed quality in SDLC.
• Define and align test strategy with business and technical goals.
• Lead testing during sprint and release cycles.
• Ensure test coverage and quality gates throughout development and deployment.
• Produce and maintain test artifacts for releases.
• Identify and elevate quality risks and drive improvements.
• Mentor QE and testing team members.
