The ideal candidate has 10+ years in quality engineering, with 5+ years in leadership, and a track record of transforming large-scale, cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software quality engineering and test automation.
• 5+ years managing managers or multi-team groups.
• Experience scaling quality functions in cloud-native, high-scale settings.
• Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and security testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple quality engineering teams and people leaders (managers/technical leads).
• Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for quality engineering across the advertising platform.
• Champion organizational transformation and adoption of best-in-class practices and metrics.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with senior engineering, product, data science, and business leaders.
