Job summary
Interon IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Lead to drive QA strategy and automation across multi-location client projects. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, design scalable test frameworks, and ensure high quality in banking software deliveries.
The role requires deep experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Agile practices, with onsite work in major U.S. locations and coordination across multiple client sites. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Quality Engineering, QA, and test automation leadership.
- Strong QE methodologies and test automation framework design.
- Experience leading onshore and offshore QA teams in global delivery.
- Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge and regulatory awareness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement QE strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Create automated test scripts and Playwright automation for web apps.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore QA teams.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release activities.
- Manage defects, test plans, and validation deliverables in Jira/Confluence.
- Improve testing coverage and delivery efficiency, explore GenAI tools.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and PMs to mitigate quality risks.
