• Manage performance, coaching, and professional development for QA staff.

• Build and maintain quality standards and enforce testing standards.
• Monitor QA activities, analyze defects, and drive process improvements.
• Ensure optimal use of testing tools for functional and performance testing.
• Oversee training and ongoing learning of QA staff through courses and conferences.
