Job summary
Interon IT Solutions seeks a Senior Quality Engineering Lead to drive test automation strategies and QA leadership across client projects in the Banking/Financial Services sector. You will design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright, coordinate onshore and offshore teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables in an Agile environment.
The role requires onsite work in PA with flexibility for multiple client locations, participation in Scrum ceremonies, and collaboration
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA, and test automation.
- Hands-on designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Strong Selenium-based automation and Playwright experience.
- Experience leading onshore and offshore QA teams in a global delivery model.
- Banking and financial services domain knowledge.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement QE strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks.
- Create automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools.
- Develop and maintain Playwright automation for web applications.
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and automation strategies.
- Manage testing activities, defects, and project deliverables using Jira.
- Collaborate with product, Dev, and QA teams across locations.
