Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Architect to lead advanced testing strategies, including AI/ML-driven approaches, across multiple domains.

You will own architectural design, drive automation and observability initiatives, and engage directly with enterprise clients to shape solution strategies. The role requires hands-on expertise in Selenium/Playwright, CI/CD integration, and strong leadership to mentor testing teams at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive software testing and test automation experience, with leadership roles at enterprise scale.
• Experience with AI/ML testing and Gen AI-based approaches.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience in presales activities, client presentations, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design and implementation of test automation architectures, including AI/ML-driven solutions across multiple domains.
• Define and implement testing standards, best practices, and strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Leverage Gen AI agents to optimize testing, design prompts, and develop validation frameworks.
• Develop advanced test automation frameworks and data quality/observability solutions.
• Oversee integration of Gen AI-based testing in multi-domain environments.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright, and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during presales activities.
